Payment & Shipping

PAYMENT

All prices listed on this site are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Shopping cart management and payment for orders are done through Stripe. A credit card such as Visa or Mastercard is acceptable. 

CANADIAN SHIPPING

Shipping is free anywhere in Canada on most artwork. Exclusions may apply to oversized artwork. We try to note these exceptions where applicable, but please contact us if you have questions or would like a shipping quote.

US & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping to the US is calculated based on size, weight, and crating considerations of the artwork. The shipping fee for US orders will generate automatically upon checkout, but please contact us if you have questions, would like a more detailed quote, or have specific carrier requests. For international orders (outside of Canada and the US), please contact us for a shipping quote.

International orders (including those to the US) may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees. We do not take responsibility for duty fees or possible shipment delays due to customs.

DELIVERY

Orders are generally processed and shipped within three (3) working days. A tracking number will be provided as soon as the order is shipped.

LOCAL CUSTOMERS

Customers in the Saint John, New Brunswick, area are welcome to use the online shop. If you would like to pick up your order from the gallery, send us a note and we will make arrangements!   

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

We offer refund or exchange on items damaged in the post, although we will do everything in our power to ensure your artwork is packaged properly to arrive safely. If you do receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. This is necessary to make the insurance claim.
